This page explains how to permanently delete your PackLink account and all associated personal data, in compliance with the Google Play Store account deletion policy and Indian data protection requirements.

For legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, the following may be retained anonymously (without your name/phone) for up to 90 days:

PackLink includes approximately 2,500 pre-loaded industry contacts collected from public WhatsApp packaging industry groups. If you are listed in this directory but never registered, you can still request removal. Use the same email/WhatsApp method above with the subject:

Provide your name and phone number. We will remove you from the contact directory within 7 days.
If you change your mind within 7 days of submitting your deletion request, contact us immediately and we may be able to cancel the deletion. After 7 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
